Do not take any actions that infringe or violate the rights of others, are illegal, participate in political activities, or violate your contractual or legal obligations to anyone. You are responsible for the content you post. This means you assume all risks associated with its posting and display, including reliance on its accuracy by others and any claims related to intellectual property or other legal rights.
Use the service in the manner provided or approved by CrushTV. Please understand that CrushTV strives to provide you with continuous and secure services, but cannot anticipate and prevent legal, technical, and other risks, including but not limited to force majeure, viruses, hacker attacks, system instability, service interruptions, data loss, third-party risks, etc. - one party's service defects, government policies, etc. Please understand that you need to prepare equipment (such as computers, modems) to access the service and bear the costs incurred (such as credit or mobile data packages). Please comply with any rules of any third party involved in your use of CrushTV. CrushTV allows other companies (referred to as third-party ad servers or ad networks) to provide advertising services within the CrushTV platform. These third-party ad servers or ad networks use technology to send advertisements and links directly to you when they appear on CrushTV. When advertisements occur, they automatically receive your IP address. They may also use other technologies (such as cookies, JavaScript, or web beacons) to measure the effectiveness of their advertisements and personalize the advertisements you see.
Without your consent, or unless as part of a specific plan or feature that you can choose to join or opt out of, CrushTV will not provide any personally identifiable information to these third-party ad servers or ad networks.
You should consult the respective privacy policies of these third-party ad servers or ad networks for more information about their practices and instructions on how to opt out of certain practices. CrushTV's privacy policy does not apply to such other advertisers or websites, and we cannot control the activities of such other advertisers or websites. Any data obtained by third-party ad servers subsequently shared with CrushTV is maintained and processed by CrushTV in accordance with this privacy policy.
Recharge
Each product of CrushTV has different virtual currencies, which are only valid on their original platforms. We do not allow users to trade with these virtual currencies. Once such behavior is discovered, CrushTV has the right to take appropriate measures without further notice.
As virtual products, these coins cannot be returned or refunded. Therefore, you should check your account and related information before making payment, and you are not allowed to request a refund or compensation due to remaining virtual coins in your account after consumption or for any reason. If you pay through a third-party payment, please comply with the agreements and service rules of the third party and keep your personal information properly. CrushTV shall not be liable for any disputes arising from third-party payment services.
If your account is frozen and/or terminated due to a violation of this agreement, we will not provide any compensation or compensation. However, if your recharge fails or there are issues such as excessive recharges due to CrushTV itself, we will take remedial measures after the system is restored.
